Round 2 Byron Bay Public School v Teven Tintenbar Public School - Byron had a convincing 30 – 8 win in their first basketball game together. The boys did a great job using each other's strengths and finding their roles within the team. They played hard, supported one another and showed great teamwork throughout the game.
Round 3 - Byron Bay Public School v Mullumbimby Public School - Their second game proved challenging right from the start. A tied score at the end of the fourth quarter pushed the team into a tense 3-minute overtime. Throughout the game, the boys gave it their all, playing with passion and determination. Their defense continued to improve as they gelled more as a team. After a hard-fought battle, they came out on top with a well-earned 33 – 30 victory. Congratulations, boys!
