Lemon Aspen is a medium sized tree that grows in tropical and subtropical rainforest areas around Australia. The plant usually flowers in summer and autumn, followed by small fruit which taste similar to grapefruit and lime. They can be eaten fresh or used as an ingredient in everything from chutneys to syrups, sauces and desserts. They are high in antioxidants and have been eaten and used as medicine by Indigenous people for thousands of years.
