Debating Gala Day at Alstonville Public School

Our two Debating teams attended Alstonville Public School yesterday. Byron Bay Blue debated against Alstonville Cool Blue, arguing the affirmative, “That students in Year 6 should spend 4 weeks on exchange living and learning in a different town”.

Byron Bay Red debated against Alstonville Red Hot, arguing the affirmative “That parents should pay their kids whenever they do chores or housework”. Byron Bay Red had a fantastic win!

Both teams did a wonderful job with their presentations. Thanks to Mrs Hogan for coordinating our Debating teams.
